These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zopzy.co ("Platform"), operated by Zopzy. By creating an account or using the Platform as a buyer, seller, dropshipper, or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zopzy is an online marketplace that connects independent sellers and dropshippers with buyers. Zopzy is an intermediary and is not the manufacturer or direct seller of products listed by third-party sellers. Product quality, description accuracy, and fulfilment are the responsibility of the individual seller.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information, make payment through approved methods, and use the Platform only for lawful purchases.
Sellers agree to: list products accurately, including price, description, and images; fulfil accepted orders in a timely manner; comply with applicable consumer protection and product safety laws; and not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal goods. Zopzy reserves the right to suspend or remove any seller listing or account that violates these Terms.
Zopzy charges sellers a platform commission of 15% on the total value of each completed order. This commission is automatically deducted before payouts are processed, and the remaining amount (85% of the order value) is credited to the seller. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, customer support, and marketplace visibility.
Where a seller was referred to Zopzy by another user via a referral link, 5% of the 15% commission is paid out to the referring user as a referral commission, and the remaining 10% is retained by Zopzy. Where a seller was not referred by anyone, the full 15% is retained by Zopzy. In either case, the seller's payout remains 85% of the order value — the referral split does not affect what the seller receives.
Buyers are not charged any additional platform fee — the listed product price (inclusive of applicable taxes) is what the buyer pays.
Dropshippers may list and promote products sourced from sellers on the Platform under the applicable commission structure. Dropshippers are responsible for the accuracy of their promotional content and must comply with these Terms as they apply to sellers where relevant.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Zopzy is not responsible for payment failures caused by the buyer's bank or payment provider.
Physical orders are shipped via Shiprocket and its courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Zopzy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
You may not use the Platform to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property rights; upload fraudulent or misleading content; interfere with the Platform's operation; or engage in any activity that harms other users.
The Zopzy name, logo, and platform design are the property of Zopzy. Product content uploaded by sellers remains the intellectual property of the respective seller, who is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to list it.
Zopzy provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zopzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers.
Zopzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
